TDR Program
Transactions

Conduct community educational workshops.

Work with the City of Chatt Hills and interested participants to facilitate TDR Program transactions.

Assist with establishing a TDR Program Bank for Chattahoochee Hills.
Preservation
Goal Setting
& Education

Host community informational meetings and workshops to gather information, explore opportunities, and enhance preservation goals.

Develop a resource inventory with a focus on prime farmland protection.

Develop and distribute educational materials.

Host events and use social media to inform the community about the value of resource protection and ongoing conservation efforts.
Conservation Easements

Perform outreach and provide appropriate support, including for smaller acreage and agricultural projects.

Develop a resource inventory for conservation easements.
Development Rights &
Land Acquisitions

Organize fundraising campaigns and apply for grants.

Assess priorities for acquisition and participate as needed.
Revolving
Fund

Establish a revolving fund to acquire, stabilize, and resell priority development rights and properties to conservation-minded buyers.

Reinvest proceeds for future projects.
